High speed printing on pre-printed mail pieces including addresses with the latest industry standard postal barcodes and 2D codes as well as personalisation on a wide range of both porous and coated mail pieces, poly-wrap and publications. Ink jet printers can be integrated on mail-tables, in an inserter, on a poly-wrap or bindery line to meet your application requirements.

The Domino K600i with high impact UV-LED curable or cost-effective aqueous inks is a premium solution both in terms of outstanding print quality, printing 600dpi images, and the level of automation, with the Domino I-Tech CleanCap automated maintenance station. The modular solution operates at speeds up to 200m/m (650ft/min).

Each printing system includes the Domino Editor GT data and line controller including a simple tool for configuring data files as well as options from mail sort control, product tracking for matched address printing and for matching with pre-personalised documents, demographic-driven selective feeder control of inserts or signatures and vision based system verification.
